When I don’t feel like working out 😒

Some days: my bed is too cozy; my limbs feel like lead; my mind wants to wander. Some days: I just don’t wanna... Don’t wanna sweat, don’t wanna grunt through leg work; don’t wanna doooo any jumping jacks. Today was that day. I woke up in a pleasant mood, but just didn’t “wanna.” So, even though I usually pick out my workouts a week or so in advance, this morning I swapped for a short routine. 5 minutes HIIT and 20 minutes strength! It’s a bodyweight routine, so no pressure, but I beefed it up with heavy weights (for me). Since the intervals were much longer than the usual weighted workouts (50 on, 10 off), I was huffing and puffing all the way through. AFTER having huffed and puffed through HIIT. It looks simple, but it is effective...
