Can't exercise please help!!!

Hey FB fam,

I did one of fitnessblender's thousand calorie workouts two or three days ago, and while I only got through the first half of the hiit section, it left me very sore and exhausted. I had actually done that on already sore leg muscles. The next day was meant to be a rest day but I ended up walking 7 km. Yesterday I tried to exercise and nearly fainted. I'm not sore this morning, but everytime I start to exercise I feel lethargic, my leg muscles burnout quickly, and my heartrate gets higher faster than usual. What's happening? Is this normal? Should I just push through it? I don't really have any other activity than this in my day.
