Advice for my Mum!

Hi everyone!

My mum is just starting on a her journey to fitness, she's 64 and up until the last month hasn't done any HIIT, weight training yoga or cardio in a very long time, maybe ever! she is now doing yoga once a week, and going to the gym 3x a week- she has had some advice from the gym but wanted me to recommend a FB programme that would suit her needs whilst she's at the gym with her i pad! So a fairly low impact programme i imagine thats 3 times a week maximum, she wants to do weight training. I have done fB booty 1&2 and Strong but i know these would be too much at this time for her. Please let me know any ideas! Thanks a lot!
