Losing weight with Hypothyroidism

Hey everyone,

First of all, I just want to thank fitness blender for being so amazing! Your workouts have seriously made an impact in my health and wellbeing.

I’ve been working out with you guys for 2 years now and I have seen major changes in my body and energy levels and just my attitude of healthy living. I have hypothyroidism and so losing weight was a roller coaster ride for me. While I have managed to lose a lot of weight using your free workouts and healthy eating habits, I still have a little more to lose to reach my goal.

I haven’t purchased any Fitnessblender workouts yet, but I really just want to lose those last 10 pounds and I haven’t been making any progress for the past month and a half (reasons: really stressed out, life happened, sometimes I’d feel really fatigued to do anything etc). Which workout would be best to purchase for losing that last bit of belly pooch by the end of summer?

Also if any of you also have hypothyroidism and lost weight with a certain program, please share!
