Hello everyone! I’ve been doing FitnessBlender programs for a couple years now! I’m doing FB Booty Round 2, FB Abs, and FB Upper body workouts. I’ve noticed i’m leaning out and toning up on my arms, back, butt and legs and somewhat my abdominal area but not so much.
I’m happy with my legs, arms, back and butt but my stomach isn’t where I want it to be.
I used to count macros on Myfitness Pal but stopped since my premium membership ended, so now I eat intuitively. I’m just wondering if anyone else feels the same way I do and what do you do to get out of this mental and somewhat physical rut.
