Working against yourself

I'm always quite surprised how sweaty and sore you can get from working against yourself, this workout is proof that you don't have to have weights to work your upper body. My arms were shaking pretty early on in this workout. Kelli said she was really sore the next day, I'll be interested to see how sore I am tomorrow.

This is a great workout if you don't have weights, it's not billed as bored easily but there are no repeats in it.
