"complete"

So last week was a slow week, I skipped a few workouts, and I decided maybe I should aim for 3 to 4 workouts a week - to keep things compatible with work and a social life and housework (don't tell me mopping floors doesn't burn calories!). I usually stretch or do some yoga before bed every night, so I think that might be a nice compromise.

Anyway, I did feel like I had to really get back into things this week, but then I immediately stranded on this HIIT workout. I could not figure out how to do some of the moves in time (jackknife get ups & kick throughs - my brain was just too slow to be able to coordinate my flailing limbs) and after the water break the jump squats did me in and I skipped to the cool down.

I'm a little frustrated now, but I try not to get discouraged: I DID try and I DID sweat and pant, and I WILL go on to the next workout tomorrow. Also HIIT can go die in a ditch. XD (will it EVER get easier, I wonder)
