5 days off of proper training...really missed it!

I've been doing FB for 4 weeks and now, at the final week of a program, I had to take 5 days off of the program I was on because of my work. I'm a violinist and was practising a very intense 7hrs a day for a big deadline, so I did stretching videos afterwards but I could just feel my muscles would have been unable to manage any working out and also didn't want to risk overdoing it and damaging myself (and therefore my work!). I cannot WAIT to get back to the final week of Abs Round 2 tomorrow. I'll finish it off and then immediately start a new one! It's amazing how once working out becomes a routine for only a month, I really missed it these past 5 days. I won't feel guilty as I know I made the right decision. I just feel excited to get back into it!
