FB Flex — Day 8 Supersets for Arms, Shoulders, Chest & Back

I'm continuing with the toning vs muscle building with this program and I was able to do 12-15 reps using lighter weights, Except for the last ones...the Overhand Curl and Overhead Overhand Tricep Extension. Could only lift 6lbs with those. Awkward or what?!

Then I moved onto the ecc, which was a bit of a disaster. My wrists were so weak I couldn't do much of the first 2 exercises. The Pike pushup I did off a coffee table, so for once I was actually able to complete quite a few. So, all in all a very good #workoutcomplete.
