This routine kicked my butt from the start. Lower body is immediately activated and stays activated the entire session. I ended up doing bodyweight and light weights for the majority of the strength portion. Which is a nice break after having done a purely strength routine for last leg day.

BRUTAL!!! Neither you nor your butt and thighs will regret it.
