Another biking question towards goal setting

So I have successfully completed week 3 of biking to and from work. This week I did not add any strength training cause the previous week I was so freaking tired from biking and working out. This week with only biking it felt like it was like walking, not really much of an effort. Woot Progress!

I just completed the newest 1000 calorie workout. I did it on June 1st to see where I was at with my endurance and I rocked it so well! Doing it today though was a whole other story. I can tell that the biking is taking away the endurance I had from doing HIIT.

So I just need some help with adding HIIT back into my routine.
