Back and shoulder pain gone

Before I took up my workouts again, after a month or more hiatus, my upper back and shoulders were KILLLLLING me every day. It was hard to sleep and I was constantly rubbing my shoulders throughout the day. Yesterday concluding my first week back and I haven’t had any pain or tweaks this week, annnnd I’m sleeping a lot better! Implementing my “rule” of every third workout is a deep stretch routine has prevented workout tweaks and muscle aggravation, too. 😄
