Daily Check-in

Hiya, hope your all having a lovely day. It's been beautiful sunshine here today :)

Just finished FB Abs Round 2. I've been working out with FB for a while now but this was the first programme & I loved it! Started FB Burn Round 2 now, on Day 1.

Morning workout was 10 min Lower Body Strength workout. Fat Burning Hiit Cardio & free-style lower body Pilates after work, we have creaky floorboards so can't do Hiit really early in the morning lol.

Also went on a walk with my son on his bike this evening :).

Breakfast was over-night oats with soya yoghurt, cacao, chia seeds, cinnamon & blueberries.

Apple for a snack.

Lunch was roasted sweet potato, mushroom & tofu.

Walnuts & mango after Hiit.

Dinner was wholemeal pitta, avocado & chickpeas. Carrot sticks, cauliflower & broccoli.

Apple & 2tbsp peanut butter for pudding.

Also had FB healthy oat cookie & green tea whilst trying to make a pirate costume for my son:).

Lots of water & few black coffees during the day. Hopefully not too bad nutrition wise, trying to improve nut/nut butter portions.
