Hey guys, so today has been a day where i‘ve eaten alot, my parents bought alot of stuff i love, like, peanut butter, cornflakes, chocolate etc. so i kind of let myself go and ate lots of peanutbutter and cornflakes. Well, i didn‘t really have a very healthy lunch at all because it isn‘t possible right now. But i went for a 2h 30min walk and burned around 800 calories, and i probably ate it back on with peanutbutter and cereal xD what could i do that the damage wouldn‘t be that much?
