Good morning FBFamily! What's your biggest motivator to exercise?

For me, I want to FEEL GOOD, and my workouts are a huge factor in that. It's also exciting to feel myself getting stronger, and I like to challenge myself. My workouts help me focus better & feel less stressed throughout the rest of the day. How about you?
