Customizing FB workout

I worked delts yesterday, so I replaced delt work in today’s workout with calf raises. I always get a little thrill out of a little modification. I feel like I’m collaborating with K/D, Lol.

Also, I notice a MAJOR difference in lifting when I tuck in my pelvis and contract my abdomen. I feel more grounded and stable. I know we’re supposed to tuck anyway (duh) but I’m still training myself to remember...
