Hi FB Family! My first time posting here, and I need your advice!
This morning I completed the below workout. Immediately after I was finished, I noticed the front of my right shoulder hurting, mainly when I put my arm above my head or especially across my body (putting on deodorant, for example). There wasn't a specific exercise/motion that made it hurt, but my best guess is that I over-stretched it during the cool-down.
What is your advice to make it better?? Would further stretching be helpful or hurtful? Should I use ice or heat (or nothing)? Or a couple days of rest? (Thank goodness my 2 days of rest are coming up on the weekend!)
Any help would be appreciated! :)
