How are you all doing today?
It's almost the weekend; do you have any fun plans you're looking forward too?
It's supposed to be cooler here this weekend, so my husband and I are going to work outside. I'm going to get flowers planted where my little buddy is resting under the spruce tree.
I've also got to weed the garden. It's been kind of forgotten in the past week and a half. I've been watering it, just not weeding it like I should; whoops lol.
What workouts do you guys have planned today? Or are you taking a rest day?
I'm beginning my first day of Strong today. And yesterday I did my PFT. I'm debating if I should switch the first 2 days of Strong and do upper body strength since I'm sore from running yesterday? I might just do that (and look at me, haven't even started yet and already changing things lol). My husband is going to start with me, but he wants to do a PFT too, just to see where he's at. So we won't be exactly on the same schedule; but pretty close.
