Total body combo + a new gem found 💎

Happy Friday everyone! I'm having a day off before busy weekend at work so I combined a nice combo for myself as I'm not following a program right now.

The HIIT was new to me, definitely packs a punch in 15 minutes! The upper body workout I've done multiple times and it's my go-to.

The back stretch routine I've never come across before and I'm so thankful I did!! What a gem I have totally missed. My back feels so much looser. Back stretches feel SO GOOD I don't know why I don't do them more often! 😍
