100 rep squat challenge round 2 - ouch!

Ok so I’m just back from holiday yesterday so jumped back into FB30 - am on day 8. So the main workout is day 5 of the 5 day challenge for busy people. I did ok I think but probably could have pushed myself a little more. I really struggle with 4x20 HIIT.

So then I thought ok, I missed a few reps of the HIIT and I’m really tired already but I’ve done the squat challenge before and it’s not so bad. I didn’t realise there was a round 2! Ouch! So much more jumping than the first but I definitely feel like I haven’t taken it easy at all afterwards.

That is going to hurt tomorrow!
