Yay Grandma!

Just completed my stairs/power walk. I went up two sets of stairs instead of three this time, twice through, walking 10-15 minutes from one to the other at about 3.5mph. Total time approx 50 minutes. Then came home to a welcome cool down and stretch with Kelli.

My walking buddies couldn't join me today so I hooked up my ipod and enjoyed tobyMac's "Eye on It" song in the way out (along with other tunes of course) then his "Feel It" song on the way back. Time flew! 😁
