Why can't I whittle away my tummy fat?? Any advice?

I do 4-5 FB workouts per week. I completed FB Abs (round 1) last month. But try as hard as I might, I just can't seem to get my tummy sorted and its driving me mad! I am fit, totally happy with my weight, totally happy with all other areas of my figure, its just my jelly tummy that I can't seem to sort out. I am a UK size 10 (US 6) & mid-higher waisted clothing holds it in fine, but i'd like to get it sorted once and for all as I won't wear a bikini in its current state. I've had 3 babies and the skin looks quite crepey where its been stretched beyond its natural limit (urgh!). Anyone have any ultimate tummy tips they'd care to share? Thanks
