Noise when working out

Hi you all!

I recently completed FB Low Impact and I wanted to bring the challenge up so I purchased FB30 (because I'm very short on time). I wonder: since I work out early in the morning, is there a way to implement HIIT and cardio without waking up the whole house? I really want to stick with my morning routine, working out in the morning is very useful to me!

Any advice is welcomed!
