I'm on my second week of FB Fit and I've already completed the four weeks of FB Bodyweight, and I'm also following the FB Meal Plan (1600 calorie allotment). Why am I not losing weight? I can tell my body is changing, and I'm getting good feedback from coworkers, but I went to the doctor today and stepped on the scale and was much heavier than I have been. So when I got home, I weighed myself again, and yes, I'm up two pounds...…. I love the way I feel physically, but I'm still struggling mentally with my body image. I know that everyone's weight fluxuates, but I should be down several pounds, even with the fluxuation.
Any words of motivation?
