Need motivation

Stupid me....I gained 6 pounds since August....a lot of things happend during the last 3 month...lost my job...moved into a new flat....living 2 month without kitchen wich lead to very unhealthy eatin habbits... finally I'm back on track concerning workingout but I can't get myself to a consistent healthy eating habbit.....so many temptations as christmas cookies and lots of carbohydrates which I love even more during the cold season of the year...

Could use a few kind and motivating words/advices...
