My lunch bowl!

• Leftover bbq'd chicken breast, marinaded in corriander, tumeric, cumin, lemon juice, a little olive oil and seasoning.

• Buckwheat boiled in a little mushroom stock powder, mixed with capers.

• Fried egg

• Rocket

• A little avocado

Squeezed half a lemon on top of it all.

Delicious, fun and filling!
