Core and cardio

Loved the structure of this workout tiday, 4 groups of 6 different exercises with no repeats. My abs are still sore from Mondays static abs so this burned from the start.

Love the bored easily format I haven't got the program but it may be on the cards at some point. Anyone done bored easily? I'd love to hear your opinion 😀
