Working out in the summer heat and Hiit.

I am a teacher at a primary school so I will not be working in summer. That means a lot of resting but a lot of swimming too! Here in Greece the temperatures get really high (40 c +) so doing Hiit will be difficult. I don`t think I will be able to work out 5 times a week cause when I go swimming I stay at the beach bar from morning till afternoon. I am planning to lose 5 kilos too. So my plan is to eat clean, I follow a Mediterranean diet in general, lots of fruits, veggies, milk, feta cheese only, fish and meat a couple times a week. What concerns me is my workouts. I am thinkin to follow FB XT and FB Adventure along with a lot of swimming. So what do you think?
