Knee and lower back pains persists after FBsweat workouts

Hello, does anybody else also have a bad knee and lower back pains after the workouts. I am especially worn out by lower body workouts, I am giving heat to the affected area for the relief but it is not getting better. I always do the cooldowns but this pain is making me crazy enough that when i am just 10 minutes into workouts I become totally exhausted. Any suggestion to improve the endurance and relieve the back pain.
