#workoutcomplete 🤣

This is my 2nd go'round with this program. To do something different, I decided to lift lighter and do 15 reps per set instead of 10. Watatow!! My arms are shaky, shaky, shaky. It feels so good! Looking forward to Wednesday's w/o. Plus, I convinced my best friend to join me in this program. On alternate days we'll be doing a HIIT stairs w/o outdoors...3 sets of stairs with 85 to 120 steps in each. Look out!! 😄
