Progress

During todays work out i added weight on to all of the exercises! I'm now on 13 pounds per hand for all squats and lunges, i've slowly added weight as i've gone along. I started with 8pounds per hand 3 months ago so this is definite progress for me! One thing thats happening much more slowly and that i find fairly difficult though are deadlifts, i struggle with form and posture. I know my hamstrings are tight- so i've been bending my knees when the weights get to that point and when lifting back up straightening them when they get to that point, in order to keep my back straight. has anyone got any tips on how to progress here? i know how great this exercise can be so i want to be able to do it correctly!
