Hey guys. I usually eat healthy but I never count calories. However it seems like I can't lose wight (I'm around 65kg and gluten intolerant). My life is pretty sedentary because I'm a student but I workout about 4/5 times every week with FB and BBG. So I downloaded an app and it says that my daily intake should be around 1200 cal x day and I'm now trying it.
What do you guys think?? thank you! xx
