I thought I’d share the brunch we made for my Dad, since I showed y’all the Mother’s Day one.
We made his Mom’s pound cake, (we always make him that, because it’s his favorite!) yogurt, fruit, sausage and gravy, and egg frittatas. The larger cast iron pan is a spicy one with green chilies, a veggie mix of zucchini, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and pepper jack cheese. Then there’s two plain ones with cheddar cheese, and a spinach one with the same veggie mix as the green chili one, and cheddar cheese. It was delish!!! 😋
I love my Dad so much! He is the greatest Dad in whole world, and we are so blessed to have him!❤️
