WHY CAN'T I BE CONSISTENT!?

For the last 10 years, my weight is up and down... I'm an emotional eater. And, my routine is easily thrown off by various daily life events and such that cause distress.

ONCE AGAIN, I am starting over. I don't have a certain # of pounds to lose because I honestly look pretty good, if I were happy being the thicker --- which I am not. I am naturally lean, and extra weight (even if it looks decent on me) makes me feel less than myself. That being said, strength training is key to trimming so extra fat and building a toned shape. Which means, consistency is KEY. And, I suck at it. LOL.

There's no conclusion to this post. Just an announcement that, yet, again, I am STARTING. Struggling along with the rest of you, and hoping to accomplish what y'all are accomplishing.
