Daily Check-in: Saturday, June 16th

Hello Blenders!

How are you all doing this weekend? Hopefully enjoying yourselves?

Yesterday I did this workout combo:

And I really enjoyed it. It was kind of a stressful day yesterday, so this was a perfect way to take my mind off of some things.

As for today, I think I'll try to do this workout:

It's one of my favorite lower body workouts. But if it gets to be too warm today, I might just do some stretching instead.

What do you all have planned for today? Working out or resting?

Is it hot where you are right now? Does it affect whether or not you workout?

I know I don't tolerate heat real well, so I will often do much shorter and lower impact workouts to keep from overheating.

And for meals; my husband is planning to grill a whole bunch of chicken on our charcoal grill so we can add it to salads, sandwiches, or just eat it, and not heat up the house at all. I'm looking forward it, because I absolutely love grilled chicken!
