Bad back - help!

I’ve been working out with FB for some time now, doing 5 workouts per week either using purchased programs or setting my own schedule.

Last week I got home from picking the kids up from school and my lower left back just ‘went’. It’s increased in pain over the past 4 days to the point of agony just bending over or picking up the kettle. I’ve seen an osteopath who says it’s actually the ride side of my pelvis causing the problem - the left is overcompensating, hence the pain.

I’m bereft that I can’t work out at the moment - I wondered whether to try some stretching workouts, or just going for a really good walk.

Anyone any advice regarding getting some good activity in with a bad back? So worried I’ll lose my fitness levels in the meantime, but I know I need to take it very easy.

Thanks
