HIIT + Core

HIIT + Core day today - I already took an extra rest day yesterday due to a headache, and did some yoga instead.

I don't think HIIT is for me (at least not yet) - I often feel clumsy because the moves are complicated, but even with jump squats or lunge kicks I often can't finish the 20 seconds. Even though I'm sweating now, I feel like I probably should have pushed myself more.

Anyone else getting frustrated with HIIT? And how do you deal with it? I just hope it'll get better in time. And maybe I should look for a program with more strength training next.
