Binge Eating

Hey guys, so i‘ve been binging alot lately.. and i mean, i don‘t want to sabotage my fitness progress. Today is my birthday and i ate 2 pieces of cake and one donut.. well its my birthday i know but i already had lots of sweets this week.. i actually don‘t want to eat all that stuff 🤔 i will also buy a 90% dark chocolate today, to kind of curb my appetite 🤔
