UNDER MY DAILY CALORIES

Good evening everyone. I am in a bit of a dilemma and not sure what to do. I count calories and today I seemed to have come short of my daily requirement. So my question for you all is should i eat more to make up the difference or leave it till tomm to make it up. Truth is its 10pm now and I'm frankly not hungry. To add to that how many calories should be eaten at each meal? Is there a rule of thumb to follow? Thanks
