Hiya,

Hope you've all had a lovely day!

Completed Day 20 FB Abs Round, Relaxing Stretching Routine for Flexibility & Stress Relief & a walk.

Hoping to get back on track with nutrition, hopefully ok today :).

Started the day with lemon acv water & coffee.

Breakfast, after stretching, was Almond banana over-night oats.

Snack - hard boiled free range egg & apple.

Lunch - Quinoa bowl - chickpeas, tofu, squash & red pepper with herbs.

Snack - 1/4 cup soya yoghurt, 2tbsp oats & strawberries.

Dinner - Small home-made w/m roll, avocado & hemp seeds. Hummus, carrot, cauliflower & sweet corn.

Snack - Orange & tbsp peanut butter. Green tea.

Black coffee & water during the day.
