PFT Results!!

I did the PFT today, which I last did in January and I'm over the moon with the results!

I shaved 2 minutes 35 seconds off my mile time.

I did 12 more push-ups.

5 more squats.

Held a plank for 11 seconds longer.

And added 5 cm onto how far I can reach.

The one I'm happiest though is the run! I haven't done any running whatsoever, only FB workouts and I managed to do it that much faster; it feels great!
