Self-Sabotage

Hey guys, i‘ve been working out since 2-3 weeks now, and i‘ve noticed that when i‘m gonna work out on one day, i‘ll eat chocolate, candy, etc. and i always think to myself „this won‘t get you faster to your goal, you‘re just sabotaging yourself..“ how can i stop that? Like i workout but i still eat lots of sugar (its like an endless cycle :/ )
