Body aching!

Anyone else’s body just ache all the time? My whole body feels so lethargic - it’s not painful and it doesn’t affect my workouts when I’m actually doing them, I’m just wondering if it’s normal?

I do my warm ups and cool downs - I usually extend and do my own for a few minutes extra 90% of the time. I stretch throughout the day now and again and don’t OVER exercise as I’m following their programs. Please tell me others feel like this and it’s not just me? And has anyone got any advice on what I can do to not feel like this in future?
