Office moods this morning, with proposed titles:

Kelli: “does this make it look like I just came up with a great idea?” .

Daniel: “too many emails, please send help”

Loki: “the secret to a quality life is to be present in every - Squirrel!!”

I know we’ve been quiet but we’ve got a lot of planning and development work going on behind the scenes, as well as new website features & new product launches - including the long awaited workout complete project. We’re still working hard for our #FBfamily. Good things take time. Just like with a fitness goal, you just have to chip away bit by bit, day by day. With patience, effort adds up! Patience is maybe the hardest part of the equation in my opinion (what do you guys think?). How do you push and pace yourselves when it comes to tackling huge goals that you know are possible, but also KNOW take an enormous amount of effort and consistency? I’d love to hear input from you all.
