Finished my first program!

I've finished Low Impact! I just did the PFT but the results are so wonky, I think because the first time around I didn't do everything with proper form and because I wasn't having a great day today (a bit of back pain). But the important thing is that I've finished the program, created a workout habit, and I feel proud and good and I want to keep it up!

I'll also take measurements before I start the next program, because that might be more consistent than the PFT and I forgot to do that the first time around.

Tomorrow I'll start FB Sweat! :)
