I'm back!

After a hectic month of moving out of my university flat, going on holiday and looking for jobs etc I have had about a month off of fitness blender. Today was my first day back and I feel amazing. I used to work out around 4-5 days a week. My schedule has changed therefore I am now going to aim for 3 times a week. It felt amazing to get back into it today! Feeling mentally stronger already and willing to tackle the day ahead with positivity and productivity. Hope you all have a wonderful day 😊
