To juice or not to juice?

My husband and I watch a movie this evening that really has me curious. I forgot the title but it was a documentary of an overweight guy that did a juicing experiment and did fantastic. The documentary also followed 2 other participants that did amazing as well. They lost tons of weight, had more energy, were able to drop all medications due to health issues and overall felt healthier.

Are there any people here that have juiced and if so can you share your journey with that. Pros and Cons would be greatly appreciated!
