Hello, I bought the FB30 plan and the FB Meal Plan a week ago AND I just found out I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I'm just wondering if the workouts and meal plan are safe to do or if it would be better to do the low impact/modifications... I've been active on and off since last fall.
