How heavy to lift?

Hey everyone! First.. I want to say how much I enjoy this community. You guys/gals rock!! Second... I was hoping y’all could help me with something I struggle with. When doing lower body lifting, I do my best to lift as heavy as possible. My question is (to help get a relativity) how much do you lift for squats vs something compound (but similar) such as squats to lunge or squat steps? I try to lift the same but those cardio / lifting sessions of Kelli’s make it super difficult for me to lift the same weight for those types of movement. What do y’all do?? Thanks!!
