Daily Check-in: Sunday, June 10th

Hello Blenders!

How are you all doing today?

I'm feeling pretty good after yesterday's lower body workout; so today I'm gonna do this upper body workout:

We also still have a little house cleaning left to get done (oh, who am I kidding, it's never done! lol), and then I think we're going to have a relaxing Sunday.

What do you guys have planned today? Working out, or a rest day?

We had our cinnamon chicken for dinner last night; and it was so good! As for tonight? I'm not sure yet. I'm thinking salmon and sweet potatoes. But we'll see!
